Meaning: a feminine form of Xenon, a Greek masculine name derived from xenos meaning "foreigner, guest".
It could also be a short form of Xenophon, a Greek masculine name meaning "strange voice" or "foreign voice" from Greek elements xenos (foreigner, guest) and phone (voice).
Xeno is absolutely NOT related to Zeno, another Greek name that comes from a different source, related to the name of the Greek god Zeus.
