Zaqar
Origin: Akkadian
Meaning: from Akkadian zakāru meaning "to speak", "to name", and "to swear".
Also known as Dzakar, he is the Mesopotamian god of dreams and the messenger to the Mesopotamian god Sin (god of the moon), who brought messages from him to mortals through their dreams.
