Owen

Origin: Welsh, Irish

Meaning: the modern form of Owain, either a Welsh form of Eugene meaning "well born" or it could be derived from Welsh eoghunn meaning "youth".

Owen is also an Anglicized form of Eoghan, an Irish masculine name possibly meaning "born from the yew tree"; it could also be derived from Eugene as well.
